How long will it take for my order to arrive?

When will I receive my tracking email?

Orders are shipped within X business days, after which we will send you an e-mail with details on how to track the progress of delivery of your parcel online. If, for any reason, we cannot ship your order within this period, we will contact you by appeal explaining the reason and giving you an estimated shipping date.

What are your shipping costs?

Why does my delivery take so long?

Sometimes deliveries are delayed for various reasons, such as local holidays, bad weather, etc. Please provide additional delivery days for public holidays. Bad weather can disrupt deliveries; in this case, you will receive an SMS or email notifying that the delivery time will be extended.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major types of debit and credit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, American Express and Maestro. We also accept PayPal.

We accept mobile payments, such as Mpesa, Orange Money, and Airtel Money.

We also accept cash on delivery.

What currencies do you accept?

We only accept payments in US dollars as well as Congolese Franc. Your credit card will automatically convert from your local currency when you pay. If you are using foreign currency, please use the currency converter at the top of the page to find the cost in your currency as well as the daily rate for the Congolese Franc. The currency converter is updated regularly with current exchange rates.

Are my credit card details safe on your website?

Absolutely, we use XXXX to process our online transactions using their 100% secure encrypted payment screens. Buy & Get does not access or store any of your card information. We also accept payments via Paypal, which offers one of the most secure payment platforms in the world.

Can I order items not listed in your store?

Unfortunately not, because we only sell the items displayed in our catalogues.

What should I do if the product I want to buy is out of stock?

A product that is out of stock cannot be ordered. Send us an email with the name of the product you want to order, and once the product is available we will notify you by email.

What if I cannot order the desired quantity for an item?

The stock available for this product is limited to the number indicated in the “quantity” box

Can I send an order to a different address than the one where my card is registered?

Yes, we authorise this and when paying you may specify a different billing address from your delivery address. This is useful if you want to send a food package to friends or family, or if you also want to be delivered to a different address (les frais de livraison peuvent varier)

I did not receive the right product. What to do?
