Return and Refund Policy

List of items that cannot be returned, unless they have been damaged during delivery:

  • All digital devices and appliances (computers, laptops, etc.)
  • Hazardous materials/flammable liquids or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Grocery
  • Jewelry
  • Personal care and health
    products

Food and groceries cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Only defective items can be exchanged or refunded (within 3 days of purchase).

The refund will be made via the original method of payment.

Proof of purchase will be required to receive your refund.

  • Exchanges are made within 3 days of purchase,
  • Products must be in their original packaging, unused and in the same condition as they were delivered (undamaged).
  • Used or damaged products cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • Must present receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded. Only regular-priced items may be exchanged.
  • The customer will be responsible for paying his own shipping costs to return the item.
  • Only defective items can be exchanged or refunded.
