Returns & Refund Policy

List of Items that can’t be returned, unless damaged when delivered:

  • All digitals & devices (Computers, laptops, etc)
  • Hazardous materials/ flammable liquid or gases.
  • Gift Cards
  • Groceries
  • Jewellery
  • Personal care and health products.

Food or grocery items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Only defective items can be exchanged or refunded (within 3 days of purchasing).

Refund will be made via original method of payment.

A proof of purchase will be required to receive your refund.

  • Exchange is made within 3 days of purchasing,
  • Products must be in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition that it was delivered (not damaged).
  • Used or damaged products are not eligible for exchange or refund.
  • Must show receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded. Only regular priced items can be exchanged.
  • Customer will be responsible for paying for his own shipping costs for returning his item.
  • Only defective items can be exchanged or refunded.
