How long will it take for my order to arrive?

When will I receive my follow-up e-mail?
Orders are dispatched within X working days, after which we will send you an e-mail explaining how to track the progress of your order online. If, for any reason, we are unable to ship your order within this timeframe, we will contact you by phone, explaining the reason and giving you an estimated shipping date.
What are your shipping costs?
Standard delivery is free for all purchases over X US$, below this amount, shipping costs vary. Please click here to see our prices (standard and express delivery).
Why does my delivery take so long?
Occasionally, deliveries are delayed for various reasons, such as local public holidays, bad weather, etc. Please allow extra delivery days for public holidays. Bad weather can disrupt deliveries; in this case, you will receive an SMS or email informing you that the delivery time will be extended.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, American Express and Maestro. We also accept PayPal. We accept mobile payments, such as Mpesa, Orange Money and Airtel Money. We also accept payment on delivery.
What currencies do you accept?
We only accept payment in US dollars and Congolese francs. Your credit card will be automatically converted from your local currency when you pay. If you use foreign currencies, please use the currency converter at the top of the page to find out the cost in your currency as well as the daily rate for the Congolese franc. The currency converter is regularly updated with current exchange rates.

Are my credit card details safe on your website?
Absolutely, we use XXXX to process our online transactions using their secure 100 % encrypted payment screens. Buy & Get does not access or store any of your card information. We also accept payments via Paypal, which offers one of the most secure payment platforms in the world.
Can I order items not listed in your store?
Unfortunately not, because we only sell items shown in our catalogs.
What should I do if the product I want to buy is out of stock?
If a product is out of stock, it cannot be ordered. Send us an e-mail with the name of the product you wish to order, and as soon as the product is available, we will inform you by e-mail.
What happens if I can't order the desired quantity of an item?
The stock available for this product is limited to the number indicated in the "quantity" box.
Can I send an order to an address other than the one where my card is registered?
Yes, we do allow this, and at checkout you can specify a billing address different from your delivery address. This is useful if you wish to send a food parcel to friends or family, or if you also wish to have it delivered to a different address (delivery charges may vary).
